Invitation to Discipleship Classes begin October 7, October 10
(ARCHIVED NEWS, Fall 2001)--In an important first step in its congregational renewal plan, Emanuel is offering a twelve-week discipleship course on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
This course, which is open to all members of the Emanuel family, will help to strengthen and renew our commitment to our faith, and to learn how to put our faith into practice in our daily lives.
The classes will be held on twelve consecutive weeks, beginning October 7 , 2001 (10:00 a.m.) for the Sunday classes and October 10 for the Wednesday classes. The cost for the class is $5.00, which covers the cost of the textbook, Invitation to Discipleship.
