Welcome to Emanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, a multicultural community of faith in a vibrant emerging Philadelphia neighborhood.

Our neighborhood is undergoing a revitalization as the Southwark Plaza housing project is reinvented as The Courtyard Apartments at Riverview, a lower-density mixed middle and lower income community. Like our neighborhood, Emanuel continues to grow and evolve to minister to a changing community.   

We invite you to share our joy in our commitment to our faith and our community.
